Frank Gay Service is looking for a Human Resource Assistant to facilitate the human resource processes. This role assists in administering policies and procedures, employee health and welfare plans, and addresses employee relations. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, HRIS management, and internal employee communications.
Responsibilities
- Supports the recruitment, onboarding, and separation processes.
- Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions.
- Assists with the processing of terminations.
- Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
- Assists with recruitment and tracks the status of candidates in HRIS and finalizes the recruiting process.
- Responds to verifications of employment status.
- Supports HR projects.
- Assists with benefits administration.
- Coordinates uniform distribution.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirement
- An ability to maintain strict confidentiality, and a high level of discretion

- Must possess excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage stressful situations and maintain a high level of composure in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software preferred
- Education and Experience
- Two years of administrative support experience.
- Administrative HR experience preferred.
