Pay Range: 65,000 80,000/yr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire your team through effective training, coaching, and mentoring in the service process and technical & mechanical knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Act as a client interface and adept problem solver, fostering positive client relationships.
  • Develop and manage business operations to enhance sales, profitability, market share, and overall satisfaction.
  • Take charge of sales revenue, forecasting, and meeting targeted quota objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role is required.
  • A Minimum of 5 years of Electrical service experience is required
  • Electrical Industry knowledge is required
  • Knowledge of the NEC Code
  • Proven experience in sales, activity planning, or similar position.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver sales presentations and direct and motivate teams.
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and sales metrics.
  • Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to consistently deliver high energy and positivity.
