About the Role

As a Contact Center Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers — helping them feel supported, heard, and valued. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls from new and existing customers

  • Scheduling service appointments quickly and accurately

  • Handling outbound calls for follow-ups and appointment support

  • Responding to internet chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner

  • Demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every interaction

  • Educating customers about our services and membership plans

  • Meeting goals related to call/chat quality, bookings, and customer satisfaction

We provide thorough training and ongoing coaching to ensure you feel confident and supported. As part of a growing team, your input will help shape how we continue to evolve and improve.

Call Center Hours & Scheduling

The Contact Center is open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM with a variety of shift options, including:

  • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Mid-Shift: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

  • Evening Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM (exclusively Monday–Friday)

All shifts include a 1-hour lunch and standard breaks. Flexible scheduling options may also be available.
