What YOU Will Do:
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals
- Manage high volumes of daily inbound calls and conduct timely follow‑up communications
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and service expectations
- Schedule customer appointments accurately
- Communicate clearly with customers and thoroughly document all account interactions
- Educate customers throughout their project to ensure understanding and a smooth experience
- Help others and feel great doing it!
What We Need from YOU:
- 1-year minimum call center experience
- Team lead experience preferred
- Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trade terminology
- Service Titan experience is a plus!
