Compensation:

· $50,000 - $75,000+/yr

What YOU Will Do:

· Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality

· Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations

· Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job

· Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices

· Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times

· Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency

What We Need from YOU:

· Helper Position: 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience minimum

· Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills

· Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively

· Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment

· Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen

· Physical dexterity
