Compensation:
- $18/hr. + Up to $600 in monthly bonuses!!

What YOU Will Do:
- Coordinate the correct skilled technicians to the right service calls: Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency repairs.
- Prioritize service requests based on urgency and technician availability.
- Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide customers with information about service availability, estimated arrival times, and any potential delays.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs or concerns.
- Inform customers of the status of their service calls and any changes to scheduled appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician activities.
- Enter data into the company's dispatch and customer management systems.
- Generate and distribute reports on service performance, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.Deliver exceptional customer service

What We Need from YOU:
- 2 years of call center and/or dispatch experience minimum
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to prioritize tasks
- Service Titan experience a major plus!
- Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
