
Frank Gay Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Water Remediation Coordinator with experience in water remediation and restoration to support the execution of time-sensitive projects.
This role serves as a critical liaison between internal teams and restoration vendors, ensuring projects are scheduled, tracked, and completed efficiently and accurately.
A key component of this role includes reviewing warranty-related service calls and assisting in determining liability, requiring strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in time management, organization, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support water remediation and restoration projects from initiation through completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for restoration vendors, ensuring clear communication and timely execution
- Schedule and track time-sensitive project milestones, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
- Review and evaluate warranty service calls, documentation, and site information to assist in determining responsibility and liability
- Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve warranty claims and discrepancies
- Monitor vendor performance, timelines, and deliverables; escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including work orders, reports, and compliance records
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors regarding project status and warranty outcomes
- Ensure all work aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements (IICRC, OSHA, etc.)
- Manage multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Support billing, invoicing, and documentation related to insurance claims and warranty cases
- Identify potential risks, delays, or liability concerns and proactively coordinate solutions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in water remediation, restoration, or related field required
- Strong understanding of warranty processes and liability evaluation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with analytical problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or project management systems
- Familiarity with IICRC standards and OSHA guidelines preferred
