Plumbing Sales Consultant

Frank Gay Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing Sales Consultant who takes pride in solving problems, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping homeowners find the best solutions for their plumbing needs.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of residential plumbing systems and the ability to effectively communicate findings to customers, educate them on available options, and recommend appropriate repair, replacement, and service solutions. Whether your experience comes from drain cleaning, hydro jetting, camera inspections, plumbing sales, or a related field, we offer a supportive environment where your expertise is valued and your career can thrive.

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000+ annually

What We're Looking For

• Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish trust and build rapport with customers
• Basic knowledge of residential plumbing systems and drain line functions
• Ability to identify customer needs and present appropriate plumbing solutions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques and technologies
• Commitment to outstanding customer service
• Honest, dependable, and reliable work habits
• Physical ability to perform job-related duties
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check, background check, and drug screening

Key Responsibilities

• Perform drain and sewer evaluations and educate customers on findings
• Recommend repair, replacement, and maintenance solutions based on customer needs
• Identify and present additional plumbing service and upgrade opportunities when appropriate
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and communication
• Consistently meet performance and sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Represent Frank Gay Services with professionalism and integrity
