Great Plumbers Do More Than Fix Pipes.
At Frank Gay Services, our Residential Plumbing Service Technicians are problem solvers, trusted advisors, and skilled tradespeople.
You’re not just showing up, fixing one thing, and leaving.
You are looking at the problem, finding the cause, explaining what you found, giving the customer clear options, and completing work you can be proud to put your name on.
If you’re an experienced residential plumber who knows the trade and knows how to talk to customers, we want to know you.
What You’ll Do
You will run your own service vehicle and handle residential plumbing service calls throughout your day.
You will:
What Makes Someone Successful Here?
You need strong plumbing skills.
But that’s only part of the job.
Our strongest technicians can also walk a homeowner through a problem without making them feel confused or pressured.
You may be a strong fit if you:
Sales experience is a plus.
But we believe the best customer conversations start with great diagnosis, clear communication, and trust.
How Pay Works
Frank Gay Services uses a hybrid performance pay plan for this role.
At the end of each week, you receive either:
Your base pay
OR
Your revenue pay
Whichever is higher.
Our pay structure gives technicians a base while allowing strong performers to earn more based on their results.
That means this role is a good fit for someone who is confident in their trade and comfortable being rewarded for performance.
What You Get
Our Standard Is High
We care about the work.
We care about the customer.
And we care about the reputation attached to the Frank Gay name.
Our technicians show up professionally, communicate clearly, respect the customer’s home, do quality work, and stand behind what they do.
The goal isn’t just to finish today’s call.
The goal is to have customers say:
“Send that plumber back the next time I need someone.”
If that’s the kind of reputation you build in the field, let’s talk.
Bring your experience to Frank Gay Services and see where it can take you.
