What you will Do:

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate installation services with customers and technicians
  • Manage paperwork and documentation related to new installations, including permits and warranties
  • Order and track supplies and equipment needed for installations
  • Provide administrative support to the installation team, such as creating work orders, schedules, and invoices
  • Answer phone calls and responding to customer inquiries about installation services
  • Ensure that installations are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient completion of installation projects

 

What you Need:

  • 3 years of administrative experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services is a plus
  • Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
  • Sales and Customer Service Experience required
  • Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
  • Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
