Job Duties:
- Oversee and Manage of all Plumbing activities.
- Drive operational performance and compliance across all plumbing departments
- Hiring, Training, and own leadership of Plumbing Team Members.
- A Champion of leading a dynamic Sales Culture with a Growth Mindset.
- Conducts individual and departmental Performance Reviews.
- Ability to hold others accountable to company policies and procedures.
- Handles all Customer related Requests, Concerns, etc.
- Able to Create, Establish, and Maintain a Safe Work Environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of Plumbing Management Experience in skilled trades or similar industries.
- 5+ years of in field plumbing experience required.
- Exceptional sales and business acumen.
- Demonstrate a great attitude and the ability to communicate effectively to many individuals consistently.
- The ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to achieve company goals.
- A forward thinker with the ability to embrace growth and change.
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of Service Titan a PLUS but now required
